Monrovia – Prominent human rights lawyer, ClIr. Tiawan Saye Gongloe, has criticized President Joseph Nyuma Boakai for disregarding a Supreme Court ruling that upheld the legitimacy of House Speaker J. Fonati Koffa.

Gongloe, a former presidential candidate and law professor, said the Supreme Court’s April 23 decision is final and binding, citing Articles 65 and 66 of the Liberian Constitution, which designate the Court as the final arbiter on constitutional matters. Read more
